Warranty and Guarantee

According to the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, to protect the behalf of both supplier and clients,Siruite-Bit makes a warranty like below :

1) All the products are produced according with API Spec 7-1 standard,oil and gas industrial standard SY/T5164, SY/T5-217 .
2) The products have no defects on processing and materials which cause unqualified products during warranty period(90 days for exportation)
3) Unqualified products either have been used or unused can be returned . But the defects must be occurred before sold and checked and accepted by us.For bits applied, the oriented status must be provided by user,including jet nozzles,the fished splinter, at the same time, all the data are required including bit working parameters, hydrological parameters, mud parameters ,operating record card, working formation,working time and working performance. In addition, the previous and next bit's working performance are required.

Concerning the products which have been sold or used , and complicated drilling conditions under the well, we can not ensure an affirmatory capability of the bit. We are not about to undertake the responsibilities like below:

1) Bit or bit part damage caused by transportation and storage; Out of the warranty period (rubber , grease,material aging,metamorphic period .2) Bit reuse after rebuilt.3) Bit damaged due to severe deviation from the operation manual for use ,not suitable formation, recommending drilling data.4) Bit damaged caused by private change of the bit structure or substandard accessories.5) The wrong setup or use of jet nozzles.
